Saints have ‘fewer holes’ entering 2018 season, says Mickey Loomis


Yeah I think that we probably feel like
we have you know fewer holes. You know we had that we had a good crop of young
players coming in last year and contribute and you know some
unexpectedly. I don’t think you ever expect you know real heavy contributions
from first-year players like the kind that we got, so I think overall we’ve got
a young team. I mean we’ve got a lot of first and second-year players along with
our rookies, and you know I’m anxious to see how those guys develop and get
better and and so I think we feel good about that.

  1. Defensive front and back will be important this year just like last year. A big importance though will actually be our offensive line. I see us going atleast 11-5. But if they can't protect drew brees this season will slowly become a nightmare throughout to second quarter of the season. Our offensive line will be the difference between a possible 12-4 and 9-7.
