food such as homeless shelters and other places like that. Thank you. Oh no problem! Have a good day. You too, thanks. Hi I’m Heather Jenkins and I support Campus Kitchen! Yes, there is a program that can address hunger and food waste. We are bringing a Campus Kitchen to CSC next fall. We’ll repurpose healthy
foods that would otherwise be wasted and provide meals for clients at interfaith
food pantry like homebound seniors and clients from the community soup kitchen
market like low-wage workers and their families. Hi, my name is Monique Guillory
and I am the Vice President for Academic Affairs at the College of St. Elizabeth
and I support the Campus Kitchen. Food insecurity impacts many people including
families children low-wage workers and seniors as well as the veterans and
college students. My name is Frederick Parsons and I support the Campus Kitchen. According to the EPA 40% of food produced is wasted annually. The waste happens at all different stages of the food system. My name is Jammie, and we support Campus Kitchen. Food waste contributes to methane production and global warming as it is a largest component of landfills. I’m Mike Maglietta
